This role is pivotal in driving business growth through strategic technical engagements with our Microsoft Partners. You’ll be at the forefront of developing strong relationships that support our Partner Development Managers in executing sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate reseller and customer needs to drive sales execution and create opportunities for both new and existing customers.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with internal teams, vendors, and regional staff across all vertical markets.
- Define and monitor performance metrics for vendor products and services.
- Conduct regular meetings (both online and face-to-face) with partners to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Utilize your in-depth knowledge of technical pre-sales and solution architecture to solve complex problems with innovative solutions.
- Enhance technical awareness of new products within our reseller community through planning technical roadmaps, workshops, webinars, and events.
- Contribute to process management and improvements while providing informal guidance to junior colleagues.
- Provide training and support to partners to enhance their knowledge of our products and services.
- Drive initiatives that contribute to the overall revenue and profitability of the business.
- Engage in additional pre-sales activities and initiatives as required by the business.

- Experience in technical pre-sales, solution architecture, consulting, and enablement.
- Strong knowledge of cloud services, primarily Microsoft Azure & Microsoft Modern Workplace.
- Broader knowledge of Microsoft Cloud and Hybrid Solutions, Cloud Security, or AWS, Marketplace, Partner Centre, or aligned vendor programs and incentives.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Licensing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
