Are You Ready for a New Challenge?We’re on the lookout for an Operations Manager to join our Program Solutions team. In this pivotal role, you will drive operational excellence, governance, and efficiency across our global operating model. Your Impact Starts HereAs our Operations Manager, you will:
- Lead the development and implementation of our Global Programs operating model.
- Transform strategy into actionable operational plans.
- Optimize processes and ensure operational discipline.
- Act as a key liaison between Programs, regional operations, and other business functions.
- Manage governance, KPIs, SLAs, and risk reporting.
- Support major change programs and transformation initiatives.
- Lead and develop the Operations Analyst, building a strong operations capability.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the COO to drive business performance.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- A strategic thinker with a proven track record in operational or project-based roles.
- Experienced in fast-paced corporate environments, supporting senior leaders.
- Skilled at building relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Confident in preparing and presenting executive-level papers.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Proactive, results-driven, and thrives in dynamic settings.
- Holds a degree, with additional qualifications in business, strategy, or project management being a plus.
- Experience in financial services or MGA is a bonus, but not essential.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
