Position: Area Sales Manager - Homebased / Field Sales (Lake District/Cumbria)
Salary: Up to £32,000 + fantastic bonus, company car or car allowance, and a home-based contract

Your Key Responsibilities- Embody our Company Values and Purpose.
- Build and nurture strong customer relationships with a genuine interest in the independent sector.
- Drive customer growth and retention, achieving profitable volume growth against targets.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their growth plans, providing valuable solutions and products.
- Stay informed about competitor activities to ensure you offer the best local solutions.
- Work closely with the Business Development Manager to understand new customer needs and ensure seamless transitions.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Brakes in your local market.
We’re looking for someone who is highly service-oriented, putting customers at the heart of everything you do. You should be tenacious, resilient, and a self-starter with a proven track record of meeting targets. Your drive for personal development and continuous improvement will be key to your success, and you’ll have access to a variety of learning and development programs to help you grow.
Familiarity with our modernization program and new technologies will be beneficial, and while experience with Salesforce isn’t mandatory, it would certainly be an advantage!
