About Our NurseryBusy Bees Inverurie is a spacious setting that provides the best start in life for 200 children! Our beautiful nursery spans two levels and is conveniently located at Burghmuir Place, just a short drive from the centre of Inverurie, with free onsite parking available.

As a Nursery Manager, you’ll lead a team to create a nurturing and inspiring environment where children thrive through our Bee Curious curriculum .
Role ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:
- Lead & Inspire: Drive excellence and motivate your team.
- Quality Improvement: Enhance educational programs and operational processes.

About You:
- We’re looking for a passionate and ambitious Nursery Manager dedicated to delivering the highest standards of childcare and early years education.
- You should be resourceful, commercially minded, and possess strong leadership and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail are essential, along with the ability to prioritize your workload effectively.
Qualifications and Experience:
- BA in Childhood Practice or willingness to work towards it (as required by the SSSC).
- Experience as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Nursery Manager.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- A focus on delivering high-quality childcare and early education.
