If you hold a Level 3 childcare qualification and have at least two years of leadership experience in early years settings, we want to hear from you. At Busy Bees Hammersmith Ravenscourt, rated Good by Ofsted, we provide a nurturing environment for 117 children. Our nursery is designed for play, learning, and exploration, conveniently located just a two-minute walk from Ravenscourt Park Station. About You:

• We seek a passionate and ambitious Nursery Manager dedicated to delivering the highest standards of childcare and early years education.
• You should be resourceful, commercially minded, and possess strong leadership and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail are essential, along with the ability to prioritize effectively.

Qualifications and Experience:

• NNEB, BTEC Nat Dip, CACHE Dip in Childcare, or NVQ Level 3.
• Experience as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Nursery Manager.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• A focus on delivering high-quality childcare and early education.
