We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to manage the efficient movement of materials within our state-of-the-art warehouse. This role is crucial to our supply chain operations, ensuring timely and accurate handling of goods. As a Reach Truck Operator, you will be responsible for operating a reach truck to transport, put away, and retrieve items from various levels of racking systems. Your primary focus will be on maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring the safe operation of equipment, and contributing to overall warehouse productivity. Responsibilities:
- Operate reach truck to move, load, and unload materials.
- Put away and retrieve products from racking systems.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and conduct cycle counts.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report any issues.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and wear appropriate PPE.
- Assist with shipping and receiving as needed.
- Contribute to a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience operating a reach truck.
- Valid forklift or reach truck certification.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Experience in logistics or supply chain is preferred.
