Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse locations based on order specifications.
- Pack items safely and securely for shipment, ensuring no damage.
- Verify product information, quantities, and lot numbers.
- Operate scanning equipment to track inventory movement.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Follow all warehouse safety protocols and guidelines.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.
- Meet performance expectations for picking and packing accuracy and speed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift and move products up to 50 pounds.
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Basic reading and math skills.
- Team-oriented and able to follow instructions.
- Must wear required PPE, including safety footwear.
