We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate for our facility in Fort Worth, Texas. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks supporting the efficient operation of our warehouse and contributing to our logistics network. Your duties will include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders, packing and shipping orders, and managing inventory. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a safe and productive work environment. You will collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational targets. This position involves significant physical activity, including regular lifting and moving of goods. Strict adherence to safety guidelines, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is mandatory. Your role is essential for maintaining the smooth flow of products through our logistics channels and ensuring timely delivery to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with precision and speed.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels in designated warehouse locations.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with stocktaking processes.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment according to established standards.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on safety and PPE.
- Work effectively with other team members to meet operational goals.
- Handle tasks involving regular lifting of items up to 50 pounds.
- Support overall logistics operations and supply chain efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent lifting and prolonged standing.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and the proper use of PPE.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
