We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Warehouse Coordinator to join our dynamic logistics team in San Antonio, Texas. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining accurate inventory records. Your coordination efforts will be crucial to the smooth functioning of our distribution center, supporting our overall supply chain management. You will liaunt between different departments, manage staff schedules, and ensure compliance with all company policies and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a keen eye for detail. Experience in warehouse management systems (WMS) is highly desirable. You will be instrumental in optimizing warehouse layout and processes to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs. This position requires a commitment to safety, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adherence to all lifting guidelines. Your role is essential in maintaining the integrity of our logistics operations and ensuring timely order fulfillment. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about logistics and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities will include receiving and processing incoming stock, organizing and retrieving stock for shipments, and conducting regular inventory checks. You will also be involved in training new team members on warehouse procedures and safety protocols. A strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures is paramount.
