Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the unloading and receiving of incoming inventory.
- Stocking shelves and organizing inventory in designated areas.
- Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently.
- Loading and unloading trucks for outbound shipments.
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Adhering to all safety regulations and guidelines, including proper lifting techniques and the use of PPE.
- Operating warehouse equipment as needed and trained.
- Conducting inventory checks and cycle counts.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
- Performing general warehouse tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred.
- Ability to perform manual lifting of up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Willingness to learn and perform various warehouse tasks.
- Understanding of basic warehouse safety procedures.
- Familiarity with the importance of PPE.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
