Seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate for our facility in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This role is fundamental to our Logistics and supply chain operations, supporting various warehouse functions to ensure efficiency and accuracy. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be involved in receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping of goods. Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate inventory records, organizing warehouse spaces, and ensuring that all items are handled with care. This position requires the ability to perform tasks involving physical exertion, including frequent Lifting of items up to 60 pounds. You will operate equipment such as pallet jacks and potentially forklifts (if certified). Safety is a top priority; all associates must adhere to strict Safety protocols and consistently wear the necessary PPE. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Load and unload delivery trucks.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits.
- Organize warehouse shelves and storage areas.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.
- Adhere to all Safety regulations and utilize required PPE.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
