Join our dynamic team as a Forklift Operator in Richmond, Virginia! We are seeking a highly motivated and safety-conscious individual to operate forklifts and perform various warehouse duties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for moving, locating, relocating, stacking, and counting merchandise. This role is crucial to our daily logistics operations, ensuring efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment. You will be expected to perform daily pre-operation checks on equipment to ensure it is in good working order. Adherence to all safety regulations and company policies is paramount. This position requires significant physical activity, including frequent Lifting of items up to 50 pounds. You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with other team members to achieve operational goals. We provide ongoing training and opportunities for advancement. As a Forklift Operator, you will be a key player in maintaining the smooth functioning of our warehouse. Your responsibilities will include loading and unloading trucks, picking and staging orders, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. We emphasize a strong commitment to Safety and require all employees to wear appropriate PPE at all times. Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Load and unload shipments from trucks.
- Pick and stage orders accurately.
- Conduct daily inspections of forklift equipment.

- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
