We are seeking a diligent and energetic Warehouse Associate to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Tasks include receiving and stocking inventory, picking and packing orders accurately, preparing shipments, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. As a Warehouse Associate, you are a critical link in our logistics chain, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders. We are committed to providing a secure and healthy workplace, so adherence to all safety procedures, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is mandatory. This role requires stamina, the ability to perform frequent lifting of items up to 45 lbs, and a positive attitude. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Stock shelves and organize products efficiently.
- Pick and pack customer orders with speed and accuracy.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Load outgoing trucks.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse and assigned work areas.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as directed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting up to 45 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Understanding of warehouse safety practices.
