We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Receiving Clerk to join our dynamic logistics team in San Diego, California. In this crucial role, you will be the first point of contact for all incoming goods, ensuring accurate and efficient processing. Your responsibilities will include verifying shipment contents against purchase orders, inspecting goods for damage, and accurately entering receiving data into our warehouse management system (WMS). You'll work closely with suppliers and internal departments to resolve any discrepancies and maintain optimal inventory levels. Strong organizational skills and a commitment to safety are paramount. This position requires the ability to stand for extended periods and perform moderate lifting. The ideal candidate will have experience with shipping and receiving procedures and a keen eye for detail. We provide all necessary PPE to ensure a safe working environment. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments.
- Verify product counts and quality against packing slips and purchase orders.
