Join our growing logistics team in Fort Worth, Texas, as a Material Handler! We are looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to ensure the smooth flow of goods within our warehouse. Your responsibilities will include receiving, stocking, picking, and preparing materials for shipment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at every step. This role is essential for maintaining our operational capabilities and meeting customer demands. Safety is our highest priority; therefore, strict adherence to all safety procedures and the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory. You will work collaboratively with other team members in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the overall success of our logistics operations.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Accurately stock materials onto shelves and designated storage areas.
- Pick and assemble materials for outgoing orders.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently for inbound and outbound logistics.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe warehouse environment.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and stocktaking.
- Follow all company safety policies and guidelines.
- Support other warehouse functions as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in material handling or a warehouse setting is beneficial.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry for extended periods.
- Capable of Lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of basic warehouse safety and the use of PPE.
- Familiarity with logistics concepts is a plus.
