We are looking for enthusiastic Warehouse Associates to join our expanding operations in Orlando, Florida. This role is fundamental to the efficient functioning of our distribution center and logistics network. You will be responsible for a range of tasks including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. A strong commitment to safety, accuracy, and teamwork is essential. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced environment. You will play a vital part in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments against documentation.
- Stock inventory accurately in assigned warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders according to specific customer requirements.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper packaging, labeling, and staging.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Strictly follow all safety procedures and utilize required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Participate in inventory counts and assist with inventory management.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet operational targets.
- Support the overall logistics and supply chain process.
Previous warehouse or general labor experience is beneficial. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent lifting up to 40 lbs. Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics. A strong dedication to workplace safety. Capacity to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
