Join our vibrant logistics team in Provo, Utah, as a Warehouse Associate! We are seeking motivated individuals to assist in the daily operations of our distribution center. This role is crucial for maintaining the efficient flow of goods and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be involved in a variety of tasks, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and preparing shipments. The ideal candidate is reliable, possesses strong attention to detail, and is committed to upholding a safe work environment. We value teamwork and a proactive approach to problem-solving in our fast-paced logistics setting. Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming inventory, verifying contents.
- Organize and stock products in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and staging.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety standards and use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Participate in regular inventory checks and cycle counts.
- Support the logistics team in achieving daily operational goals.
Previous experience in a warehouse environment is a plus, but not required. Must be able to perform physical duties, including frequent lifting up to 40 lbs. Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics principles. A strong commitment to workplace safety. Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
