Join our growing team as a Warehouse Associate in Houston, Texas! We are looking for energetic and reliable individuals to support our day-to-day warehouse operations. This role is fundamental to the smooth functioning of our logistics and distribution processes. You will be involved in various tasks including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. Your contribution will be vital to maintaining efficient inventory flow and timely order fulfillment. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments.
- Stock inventory accurately in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Participate in inventory counts and reconciliation efforts.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned to support logistics operations.
- Ensure all tasks are completed with efficiency and accuracy.
Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus. Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting up to 40 lbs. Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics. A strong commitment to workplace safety. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Good communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
