Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of warehouse staff.
- Ensure efficient and accurate receiving, storing, and shipping of goods.
- Implement and enforce safety regulations and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts.
- Train and mentor warehouse associates on operational procedures and safety standards.
- Monitor productivity and implement measures for improvement.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless logistics flow.
- Address operational issues and implement corrective actions.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Must be comfortable with heavy Lifting requirements in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education a plus.
- Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and regulations.
- Familiarity with Logistics and supply chain principles.
- Ability to perform strenuous Lifting tasks as required.
- Proficiency in warehouse management software is preferred.
