We are seeking a diligent Picker/Packer for our busy San Antonio, Texas distribution center. This role is fundamental to our logistics operations, ensuring that customer orders are accurately fulfilled and dispatched efficiently. As a Picker/Packer, you will be responsible for picking merchandise from shelves and storage locations, verifying item accuracy and quantity, and then carefully packing the items according to our quality standards for shipment. You will also be involved in labeling packages, maintaining inventory accuracy, and keeping your workspace clean and organized. Safety is paramount, and you will be expected to follow all established procedures. We supply all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure a safe working environment. Training will be provided on proper lifting techniques, material handling, and efficient packing methods to optimize productivity and prevent injuries.
