Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our bustling facility in San Diego, California. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain and logistics operations, ensuring that goods are handled efficiently and accurately from arrival to departure. Your responsibilities will span across various warehouse functions, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, possess strong problem-solving skills, and are committed to maintaining a safe and productive work environment. You will be required to operate various warehouse equipment, and prior experience is a plus, though comprehensive training will be provided. Safety is our top priority; therefore, adherence to all safety protocols and the consistent use of mandated PPE are non-negotiable. This role involves consistent physical activity, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods. Responsibilities:
  • Receive and accurately record incoming inventory.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
  • Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
  • Stock and organize products within the warehouse using WMS.
  • Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in all work areas.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines, including the correct use of PPE.
  • Assist with inventory management tasks, including cycle counts.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet operational deadlines.
  • Identify and report any potential safety hazards or operational inefficiencies.
