We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to manage outbound shipments from our Des Moines, Iowa facility. This role plays a critical part in ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to our customers and partners. Responsibilities include preparing shipping documents, verifying order accuracy, coordinating with carriers, and maintaining shipping records. You will be instrumental in the smooth functioning of our Logistics department. A strong understanding of shipping procedures and documentation is preferred. You will utilize various shipping software and equipment to process shipments efficiently. Excellent communication skills are necessary for interacting with internal teams and external carriers. Maintaining a clean and organized shipping area is also part of your duties. This role requires attention to detail to minimize errors and ensure customer satisfaction. We value individuals who are proactive and can work independently or as part of a team. Your contribution is vital to our supply chain. You will be expected to follow all Safety guidelines rigorously. While not primarily a Lifting role, occasional assistance may be required. Appropriate PPE must be worn as directed.
