We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Worker for our Dallas, Texas facility. In this role, you will perform a range of duties essential for efficient warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. Your contribution is vital to maintaining accurate inventory levels and ensuring timely order fulfillment. A strong commitment to safety is a core requirement; all team members must rigorously follow safety guidelines and wear provided PPE. This position offers a stable work environment and the chance to contribute significantly to our logistics network.
Responsibilities:
- Accept and unload incoming freight, verifying counts and checking for damages.
- Sort and store received goods in their assigned locations.
- Accurately pick items for outgoing orders using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Pack products securely and appropriately for shipment.
- Load outgoing shipments onto trucks, ensuring proper weight distribution and safety.
- Keep the warehouse clean, orderly, and free from hazards.
- Operate manual and powered equipment like pallet jacks.
- Strictly adhere to all safety regulations, including the proper use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory control and cycle counting as required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or general labor setting is beneficial.
- Must be capable of heavy lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Knowledge of warehouse procedures and inventory management.
- Understanding of safety protocols and the importance of using PPE.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with a team.
