Job Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Distribution Center Associate in Salt Lake City, Utah. This versatile role encompasses various tasks critical to the smooth operation of our warehouse. Responsibilities may include receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders, packing and shipping orders, and managing inventory. You will work with a team to ensure efficiency and accuracy in all warehouse activities. A strong focus on safety, including the correct use of PPE, is mandatory. This position is fundamental to our logistics network and requires individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unpack, and verify incoming shipments.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
  • Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, as needed.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and cycle counts.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
  • Assist in loading and unloading trucks.
  • Identify and report any operational issues or safety hazards.
  • Support the overall logistics and supply chain operations.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting, up to 50 lbs.
  • Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of logistics operations and inventory control.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and using appropriate PPE.
  • Ability to work flexible hours if needed.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
