Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic logistics team in Portland, Oregon. In this comprehensive role, you will be involved in all facets of warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. Your ability to work efficiently and accurately will be critical to our supply chain's success. The ideal candidate possesses excellent organizational skills, a strong understanding of warehouse procedures, and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment. You should be comfortable performing physical tasks, including regular Lifting, and proficient in using warehouse technology such as RF scanners. We emphasize a culture of Safety, and all team members are expected to strictly adhere to company policies and wear the appropriate PPE. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise.
  • Accurately pick items for customer orders using scanners or pick lists.
  • Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
  • Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
  • Load and unload trucks and containers.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Participate in inventory management and cycle counts.
  • Adhere to all Safety regulations and protocols.
  • Must be capable of frequent Lifting and moving of items up to 50 lbs.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a Warehouse Associate or in a similar role.
  • Experience operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of logistics and inventory management.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to wear required PPE, including safety footwear and vests.
  • Physical ability to perform manual labor, including standing, walking, and Lifting for extended periods.
  • Reliable and punctual.
