Join our expanding operations in Las Vegas, Nevada, as an Inventory Control Specialist. This critical role ensures the accuracy and integrity of our warehouse inventory, which is paramount to our logistics success. You will be responsible for managing stock levels, conducting audits, and implementing strategies to minimize discrepancies. This position demands meticulous attention to detail and a strong understanding of warehouse management systems. Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting regular inventory cycle counts and physical inventories.
- Investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies.
- Maintaining accurate inventory records in the warehouse management system (WMS).
- Monitoring stock levels and identifying potential shortages or overages.
- Implementing and improving inventory control procedures.
- Collaborating with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure efficient stock flow.
- Ensuring proper storage and handling of all inventory items.
- Adhering strictly to Safety guidelines and proper use of PPE.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with WMS software and data entry.
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain principles.
- Ability to perform tasks involving moderate Lifting (up to 30 lbs).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with auditing and reconciliation processes.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and wearing appropriate PPE.
- High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
