Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack orders using scanners and order sheets.
- Verify items picked against order specifications.
- Ensure products are packed securely and appropriately for transit.
- Label and stage packages for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Follow all safety regulations and wear appropriate PPE.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Perform tasks that involve regular lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience as a Picker/Packer or in a warehouse setting is preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic logistics environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Must be able to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Commitment to workplace safety and following guidelines for PPE usage.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
