Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Distribution Center Associate to join our expanding logistics team in Nashville, Tennessee. In this dynamic role, you will contribute to the efficient processing of goods within our modern distribution facility. Your responsibilities will include picking, packing, stocking, and shipping orders, as well as assisting with general warehouse duties. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
  • Receive and stock incoming inventory.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and proper packaging.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow all established safety procedures and guidelines, including the consistent use of PPE.
  • Conduct inventory counts and assist with stock management.
  • Load and unload trucks as required.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is beneficial.
  • Ability to perform lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse systems are a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic.
  • Understanding and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
