We are looking for energetic and reliable Warehouse Associates to join our thriving logistics hub in Dallas, Texas. This position offers a dynamic work environment where you will play a key role in the efficient operation of our warehouse. Responsibilities include receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and preparing orders for shipment, and managing inventory. Safety is our top priority, and all associates must adhere to strict safety protocols, including the consistent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). If you are a team player with a strong work ethic and enjoy physical work, this role is ideal for you.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick items from shelves based on order slips and prepare them for packing.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product safety.
- Stage and load outgoing shipments onto delivery vehicles.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with stock counts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Operate manual and powered equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts if certified) safely.
- Follow all established logistics procedures and workflows.
- Comply with all company safety policies, including the use of required PPE.
- Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is preferred.
- Ability to perform manual tasks, including heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) and standing/walking for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory management.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and basic logistics principles.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Commitment to following safety guidelines and wearing required PPE.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
