We are looking for a motivated Warehouse Worker to join our team in Tampa, Florida. As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a critical role in the day-to-day operations of our distribution center, ensuring that goods are handled efficiently and safely. Your responsibilities will include moving inventory, assisting with order fulfillment, and maintaining a clean and orderly workspace. This position requires physical stamina, a keen eye for detail, and a strong commitment to safety protocols. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a leading logistics company.
Responsibilities:
- Load and unload merchandise from trucks and containers.
- Move inventory within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks.
- Assist with picking, packing, and staging orders for shipment.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with stock rotation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor, aisles, and work areas.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and guidelines, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and responsibly.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting is beneficial.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Capacity to lift up to 45 pounds on a regular basis.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with a team.
- Understanding of warehouse safety practices and the importance of PPE.
- Familiarity with basic logistics principles is a plus.
