Responsibilities:
- Accurately retrieve items from warehouse shelves based on pick lists or electronic orders.
- Use scanning devices to confirm item selection and update inventory levels.
- Transport picked items to designated packing or staging areas.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all Safety guidelines.
- Assist with stocking and replenishment of inventory.
- Perform basic inventory checks and report any discrepancies.
- Contribute to meeting daily picking quotas and quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to Safety and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a similar warehouse role is advantageous.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform frequent Lifting of items up to 40 pounds.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in item identification.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
- Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Commitment to Safety practices and proper use of PPE.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
