Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to established procedures.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and potentially forklifts (certification provided if needed).
- Conduct inventory checks and stock replenishment as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all warehouse safety protocols.
- Utilize scanning devices to track inventory and order fulfillment progress.
- Assist with shipping and receiving duties as needed.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment, which may include varying temperatures.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Willingness to adhere to all Safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
