We are seeking a meticulous Receiving Clerk to join our team in Provo, Utah. This role is fundamental to the accurate intake and processing of all incoming goods, forming the first step in our robust logistics chain. As a Receiving Clerk, you will be responsible for unloading shipments, inspecting merchandise for damage or discrepancies, and accurately documenting all received items into our inventory system. This position requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the physical capacity for some Lifting. Maintaining a safe and orderly receiving area is paramount, and all personnel must adhere to strict Safety protocols and wear the appropriate PPE. You will work collaboratively to ensure that all inbound inventory is processed efficiently and accurately. Responsibilities include:
- Unloading delivery trucks and trailers.
- Inspecting received goods for quality and quantity accuracy.
- Documenting all incoming inventory using our system.
- Identifying and reporting any damaged or missing items.
- Stocking received items in appropriate warehouse locations.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe receiving area.
- Communicating with vendors and internal departments regarding shipments.
- Adhering to all Safety guidelines and ensuring proper use of PPE.
