Your role will encompass a variety of tasks, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch. Your contribution will be key to ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment, upholding our commitment to excellent logistics services. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory for accuracy and damage.
- Accurately pick items according to order specifications using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Pack and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring items are securely and correctly packaged.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and proficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and physical inventories.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks as needed.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies and safety regulations, including the correct use of PPE.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability for consistent heavy lifting, up to 50 lbs.
- Proficiency with warehouse technology, such as RF scanners.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Understanding of warehouse operations and logistics flow.
- Commitment to safety protocols and the proper use of PPE.
