We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic logistics team in Tampa, Florida. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and accurate flow of goods within our facility. Your responsibilities will include receiving, processing, and preparing orders for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming inventory, verifying quantities and quality against purchase orders.
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment, ensuring all items are correctly identified and prepared.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with cycle counting to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Identify and report any damaged goods or discrepancies to management.
- Assist with shipping and receiving documentation as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, particularly those related to safety and handling of materials.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) consistently.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
- Commitment to safety protocols, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime.
