Join our fast-paced logistics team in Salt Lake City, Utah, as a Picker/Packer! We are looking for diligent individuals to accurately select items for customer orders and prepare them for shipment. This role is critical to our order fulfillment process, ensuring that our customers receive the correct products in a timely manner. Responsibilities:
- Accurately picking items based on order sheets or scanner.
- Packing items securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Verifying order accuracy before packing.
- Using warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work station.
- Adhering to all safety guidelines and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Meeting picking and packing productivity targets.
- Reporting any inventory discrepancies to supervisors.
- Assisting with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
- Contributing to the overall efficiency of the logistics operations.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a warehouse environment is a plus but not required. Must be able to perform regular lifting of up to 40 lbs. Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and accuracy are essential. Must be at least 18 years old. A commitment to workplace safety and following all logistics protocols is mandatory. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
