We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic logistics team in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This role is crucial for the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring that goods are handled, stored, and moved correctly. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and prepping orders for shipment, and maintaining an organized and clean warehouse environment. You will operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as needed. Adherence to all safety protocols and procedures is paramount. This position requires physical stamina and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to handle tasks such as inventory management, cycle counting, and assisting with stock rotation. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and care.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with stock management.
- Follow all safety guidelines and use appropriate PPE.
- Adhere to established company policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Assist with shipping and receiving as needed.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to meeting performance goals.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous warehouse experience is a plus. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly. Familiarity with warehouse operations and basic inventory control. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Understanding of logistics principles. Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Commitment to workplace safety and proper use of PPE.
