We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic logistics team in Salt Lake City, Utah. This role is crucial to our daily operations, ensuring that goods are handled efficiently and accurately. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will be paramount in maintaining the high standards of our warehouse. You will work closely with other team members to ensure a smooth workflow and contribute to the overall success of our logistics operations.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming inventory, verifying quantities and checking for damage.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory organization within the warehouse.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with discrepancy resolution.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Identify and report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to warehouse operations and Safety.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems is beneficial.
- Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
- Must be willing to wear appropriate PPE as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
