Are you looking for an exciting opportunity in Orlando, Florida? Our warehouse is seeking a motivated Fulfillment Associate to join our dedicated team. This role is key to our daily operations, ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently from start to finish. Your responsibilities will encompass picking items from inventory, meticulous packing, and preparing orders for dispatch. We pride ourselves on maintaining a safe working environment, and adherence to all safety regulations, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is mandatory. The job requires physical stamina, including the ability to handle frequent lifting and movement of goods. As a Fulfillment Associate, you are a crucial part of our logistics network, directly impacting customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products based on order requirements.
- Pack items securely and efficiently to prevent damage during shipping.
- Label packages correctly for timely delivery.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and order pickers.
- Perform quality checks to ensure order accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Strictly follow all safety procedures and guidelines, including the use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory control and cycle counting.
- Meet daily order fulfillment quotas.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a warehouse or fulfillment position is preferred.
- Capability to lift up to 45 lbs consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse safety and logistics principles.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
