We are actively seeking a diligent Warehouse Worker to join our team in Richmond, Virginia. As a crucial member of our distribution hub, you will contribute to the seamless flow of goods, from initial receipt to final shipment. Your daily tasks will involve unloading incoming inventory, meticulously inspecting items for accuracy and damage, and organizing stock within the warehouse. You will also play a key role in order picking and packing, ensuring that products are accurately selected and prepared for our valued customers. This position requires physical capability, including the ability to perform tasks involving regular lifting and movement of goods. We prioritize a safe working environment and expect all employees to adhere to strict safety regulations, including the mandatory use of personal protective equipment (PPE). A strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and the capacity to work effectively both independently and as part of a team are highly valued. Understanding basic logistics principles and the importance of efficient warehouse operations is beneficial.
