We are seeking a skilled and certified Forklift Operator to join our team in Provo, Utah. In this vital role, you will be responsible for operating forklifts and other powered industrial trucks to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. You will ensure that materials are transported safely and efficiently within the warehouse, contributing to the smooth flow of our logistics operations. Your duties will include loading and unloading goods from trucks, transferring materials to and from storage areas, and assisting with inventory management. Careful attention to detail is required to prevent damage to products and equipment. You will also be responsible for performing pre-operation checks on forklifts to ensure they are in good working order and reporting any maintenance needs promptly. Adherence to all safety regulations and company policies is mandatory, including the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE). This role requires a valid forklift operator certification and a solid understanding of safe forklift operation practices. The ability to perform tasks involving significant lifting may be required. You will work closely with warehouse associates and supervisors to ensure all orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. Experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is highly desirable.
