Join our fast-paced logistics team as a Warehouse Associate in Indianapolis, Indiana! We are seeking dedicated individuals to contribute to our daily operations, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of goods. Your responsibilities will include receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products, playing a vital role in our supply chain efficiency. Responsibilities:
- Accurately receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Efficiently pick and pack orders using scanning technology and order lists.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and potentially forklifts (if certified).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and Safety guidelines.
- Ensure correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Assist with shipping preparations and loading of trucks.
- Participate in inventory control activities, including cycle counts.
- Handle products with care to prevent damage and ensure quality.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a significant advantage.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and Lifting up to 50 pounds consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of warehouse Safety procedures.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
- Must be available for occasional overtime as needed.
