We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Receiving Clerk to join our dynamic logistics team in Phoenix, Arizona. As a Receiving Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of incoming goods into our warehouse. Your responsibilities will include unloading deliveries, verifying shipment contents against purchase orders, inspecting items for damage, and properly documenting all received inventory. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized receiving area, adhering to all company policies and procedures, and prioritizing safety at all times. Excellent communication skills are essential for coordinating with vendors and internal departments. The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, and committed to contributing to the overall efficiency of our logistics operations. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus. Physical demands include frequent standing, walking, bending, and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds. Proper PPE must be worn at all times in designated areas.
