Join our dynamic team as a Fulfillment Associate in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania! This role is critical to ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will be involved in all stages of the fulfillment process, including receiving, inventory management, picking, packing, and shipping. A strong commitment to safety and the correct use of PPE are fundamental requirements. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a fast-paced logistics operation. You will handle a variety of products and work closely with team members to achieve daily goals. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent organizational skills. This position requires physical activity, including frequent standing, walking, and lifting .
Responsibilities:
- Process incoming shipments, verify contents, and stock inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and efficiency.
- Prepare packages for shipment, applying appropriate labels and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols and the mandatory use of PPE .
- Conduct inventory cycle counts and report discrepancies.
- Assist with shipping and receiving as needed.
- Contribute to the smooth functioning of the warehouse logistics .
- Meet performance standards for productivity and accuracy.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in warehousing, fulfillment, or a similar role is highly desirable. Must be able to stand for long periods, walk extensively, and perform frequent bending and reaching. Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment. Good communication skills. Understanding of general warehouse operations and logistics . Commitment to workplace safety and proper PPE usage is mandatory.
