Join our innovative team as a Warehouse Technician in Las Vegas, Nevada! This role requires a skilled individual with a technical aptitude to support our warehouse operations. You will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and efficient operation of warehouse equipment, as well as assisting with inventory management and order fulfillment. Upholding strict safety standards and ensuring the proper use of PPE are critical components of this position. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a complex logistics network. You will play a key role in ensuring the uptime of machinery and the smooth execution of warehouse tasks. The ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues and a commitment to preventative maintenance will be highly valued. This role may involve occasional heavy lifting and requires standing for extended periods.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on warehouse equipment (e.g., conveyors, forklifts, palletizers).
- Conduct diagnostic checks and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.
- Ensure all equipment is operating safely and efficiently, adhering to manufacturer specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized maintenance area.
- Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts and stock rotation.
- Support order picking and packing operations as needed.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, ensuring proper use of PPE .
- Document maintenance activities and repair logs.
- Collaborate with the operations team to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
- Contribute to the optimization of our warehouse logistics .
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Warehouse Technician, Maintenance Mechanic, or similar role. Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. Experience with maintaining and repairing industrial equipment. Knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics systems. Ability to read technical manuals and schematics. Must be able to perform physical tasks, including occasional heavy lifting and working in various environmental conditions. A strong commitment to workplace safety and proficiency in using PPE is mandatory. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills.
