We are hiring a Shipping Clerk for our facility in Tampa, Florida. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all outgoing shipments are processed accurately and efficiently, meeting all deadlines and quality standards. Your duties will include preparing shipping labels, packing orders securely, verifying shipment details against orders, coordinating with carriers for pickups, and maintaining accurate shipping records. You will play a vital part in our logistics chain, ensuring that our products reach our customers in perfect condition and on time. Maintaining a safe work environment is crucial, and you will be provided with all necessary PPE. Strict adherence to safety regulations and efficient logistics practices is required. While the primary focus is on documentation and coordination, some lifting, up to 30 lbs, may be involved occasionally. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills are also essential for liaising with internal teams and external carriers. Previous experience in shipping or warehouse operations is a plus.
