We are looking for a reliable Warehouse Worker to join our operations in Philadelphia, PA! As a Warehouse Worker, you will perform a variety of tasks essential to the smooth functioning of our logistics hub. This includes receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and preparing orders for shipment, and maintaining inventory. You will be expected to work efficiently, accurately, and with a strong focus on Safety. Key responsibilities involve handling goods, organizing inventory, and ensuring the warehouse is kept clean and orderly. The role requires physical stamina, as you will be engaged in tasks such as manual Lifting of items up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, and moving throughout the facility. We emphasize the importance of following all company Safety protocols and consistently wearing the required PPE to ensure your well-being and that of your colleagues. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately for shipment.
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory integrity.
- Organize and maintain warehouse cleanliness and tidiness.
- Assist with shipping and loading operations.
- Perform manual Lifting and handling of goods as required.
- Follow all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Wear appropriate PPE, including safety shoes and gloves.
- Operate hand trucks and pallet jacks when necessary.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including frequent Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable and punctual with good time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and logistics.
- Willingness to adhere to all Safety regulations and wear PPE.
