We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Fulfillment Associates to join our growing team in Richmond, Virginia. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a critical role in our order processing and distribution center, ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include picking and packing items, managing inventory, and preparing orders for shipment. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a strong commitment to Safety. You will be working in a dynamic logistics environment where accuracy and speed are key. The position involves physical tasks, including regular Lifting of up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, and moving throughout the warehouse. We provide all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and comprehensive on-the-job training.
