We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team in Salt Lake City, Utah. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our daily logistics operations, ensuring the efficient flow of goods throughout our facility. This position involves a variety of tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. You will be responsible for maintaining an organized and clean warehouse environment, adhering to all company policies and procedures, and upholding our high standards for safety and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a strong work ethic and a commitment to accuracy. Experience in a warehouse setting is a plus, but we are willing to train enthusiastic individuals. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for damage and accuracy.
- Stock inventory in designated areas using appropriate equipment.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics principles.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to Safety and following all workplace guidelines.
