Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a reach truck to move, stack, and retrieve inventory
- Place and remove pallets from high-level racking
- Ensure accurate placement and organization of goods
- Conduct daily inspections of reach truck equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all warehouse safety policies and procedures
- Properly utilize required PPE
- Assist with inventory counts and verification
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure efficient logistics operations
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns immediately
Requirements:
- Proven experience operating a reach truck
- Valid reach truck operator certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures and best practices
- Excellent spatial awareness and maneuvering skills
- Knowledge of logistics and inventory management
- Commitment to using PPE correctly
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
